How to Register as a New Vendor on SporaHub
✅ Step 1: Visit the SporaHub Vendor Registration Page
Go to www.sporahub.com and scroll to the bottom of the homepage.
Click on “Become a Vendor” or head directly to www.sporahub.com/vendor-register.

✅ Step 2: Fill in Your Vendor Details
You’ll be asked to provide the Business Email Address, Phone Number, Password (and confirm it). A verification code will be sent to your email.
📬 Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder or click “Resend Verification” on the login page.
✔️ Tick the box to agree to SporaHub’s Vendor Terms and Conditions.
Click “Register” to submit your application.
💡 Tip: Use a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

✅ Step 3: Upload Business Documents (Optional but Recommended)
To help build customer trust and qualify for verified status, you can upload: Business name, Logo or branding assets, Brand Policies, Customer Support Contact, Social Media Details.

✅ Step 4: Set Up Your Storefront
Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your Vendor Dashboard where you can: Upload products, Customize your storefront, Set shipping, pricing, and availability options.

How to Link Your PayPal Account to PayPal Marketplace on SporaHub
✅ Step 1: Log in to Your Vendor Dashboard
Go to www.sporahub.com and click “Vendor Login” from the homepage.
Enter your email and password, then access your Vendor Dashboard.

✅ Step 2: Navigate to Payment Settings
In your dashboard menu, click “Settings”, then select “Payment”. You’ll see available Withdrawal Payment Methods listed, Select WCFM PayPal Marketplace.

✅ Step 3: Enter Your PayPal email
Click Sign Up. Next to PayPal Marketplace, click the “Connect” button.
This will redirect you to PayPal’s secure login page.

✅ Step 4: Log in to Your PayPal Business Account
To use PayPal Marketplace, you need a PayPal Business account.
Enter your credentials and log in.
💡 If you don’t have a PayPal Business account yet, click “Sign Up” on the PayPal page and follow the setup steps. You can return to SporaHub to complete the linking afterward.
After successful authorization, you’ll be redirected back to your vendor dashboard. You should see a “Connected” or “PayPal Linked” status under Payment Settings.
🎉 Done! You’re Ready to Receive Payments Your PayPal account is now linked to SporaHub. All qualifying transactions will be processed via PayPal Marketplace, and you’ll receive payouts directly into your linked PayPal account.

How to Register on EasyPost and Activate Your
Preferred Carrier
✅ Step 1: Go to the EasyPost Website
Visit www.easypost.com and click “Sign Up” in the top right corner.

✅ Step 2: Create Your EasyPost Account
Fill out the registration form. Click “Create Account” when done.
🔒 Tip: Use a secure email and password combination to keep your account safe.
Check your inbox for a confirmation email from EasyPost. Click the verification link to activate your account.

✅ Step 3: Add & Activate Your Carrier
Go to dashboard.easypost.com and sign in:
- Click “Account Settings”, then “Carriers” on the sidebar.
- Browse the list of supported carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS).
- Click “Add Carrier” next to your preferred option.
You’ll be asked to provide your carrier account credentials, such as:
- Account Number
- API Key / Access Token
- Billing Address
- Username & Password (for some carriers)
Once added, EasyPost will verify the connection and mark the carrier as Active.
💡 Don’t have a carrier account yet? You can also use EasyPost’s default USPS account for discounted rates.

✅ Step 4: Generate Your API Key (for your preferred carrier)
To integrate EasyPost with SporaHub or another platform:
- Go to “API Keys” in your dashboard.
- Copy your Live API Key (not the test key).
- Paste it in the appropriate shipping settings field on SporaHub.
⚠️ Keep your API key safe—treat it like a password.

Once your carrier is activated, you can begin generating shipping labels, tracking parcels, and managing logistics via SporaHub’s vendor dashboard.
