    • By using sporahub.com, you agree to the terms and conditions and all our policies which may change from time to time as our business changes. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services
    • sporahub.com reserves the right to alter, modify or replace the clauses within these terms and conditions with adequate written notice to vendors. 
  • Registration and Account:
To create a new sporahub.com customer account, you must register using your preferred login credentials (emails and password) or your social media login credentials on our website or applications. You agree to protect your account login credentials and/or other authentication methods by keeping it confidential and notify us in writing as soon as you become aware of any breach of your account security for effective mitigation. 
You agree that this account is exclusively for your use only and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account and password as such, you are liable for any damages or issue that occur due to any negligence in protecting your login credentials or browsing behaviours. 
By creating any account using sporahub.com you accept and confirm that you are 18 years and above. If you are under 18, you may use sporahub.com services by involving your parents or guardian. You must also be at least 21 years to purchase alcoholic-based items on sporahub.com You may be required to be logged in to your account and have a valid payment method associated with it to use certain sporahub.com services. Visit your payments page to manage your payment methods. You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content so long as the content:
  • is not false, misleading, illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable
  • does not comprise or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic message
Sporahub.com reserves the right but not obligation to remove or edit such content. If you post content or submit material, you grant sporahub.com a royalty-free, perpetual, unrestricted license to use, scan, transcribe, distribute and publish your content and any provided materials, for the purpose of advertising sporahub.com globally. You represent and warrant that you own and control all of the rights to the content that you post and that the content is accurate, does not violate any of the policies, and that you will indemnify sporahub.com for all claims, liabilities and responsibility resulting from your posted content.

Our Role:
Sporahub.com provides a platform for B2B and B2C transactions. It is neither the seller nor the buyer. Our services are  limited to referring customers to vendors via sporahub.com and accepting orders and payments on the vendors’ behalf. Our services does not include
  • acting as a fiduciary or trustee of either the buyer or the merchant OR
  • mediating disputes between buyers and merchants OR
  • enforcing or executing the performance of any sales contract

Risk of Loss:
All purchases of physical items from sporahub.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract between the vendor and the logistics provider. This means that sporahub.com is completely absolved from any claims resulting from the risk of loss and title for any such items.

Returns/Refunds Policy
On sporahub.com, vendors fulfill and ship their own inventory. They make provisions to have your return sent directly to them. It may take up to It can take up to 30 days for an item to reach the Vendor once you return it. Once the item is received by the Vendor, it takes about 4 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Sporahub.com does not accept returns.  View Return Policy of the vendor in the Return and Refunds Policy section on the vendor’s profile. Generally, vendors are encouraged  to respond to customer’s return requests within 48hrs.

All vendors must:
  • Provide a return address with every purchase/shipment. However, they may or may not refund costs incurred from return shipment 
  • Offer you a full refund once upon verification of return
Not all  items are eligible for a pre-paid return. In this case, you will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice However certain items that have been shipped to the customer cannot be returned. They include:
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable and grocery items
  • Live insects
  • Prepaid game cards
  • Some health and personal care products
  • Pet food and similar products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Open software and electronic products
  • Products missing their UPC/serial numbers
  • Downloadable software products
  • Digital subscriptions that have already been accessed
Applicable law:
By using sporahub.com, you agree that applicable Canadian federal law and Alberta provincial law, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions, and all policies and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and sporahub.com.
