Acceptable Use Policy
Sporahub is an e-commerce platform that enables merchants/vendors to sell their products globally. Whilst Sporahub encourages free interactions and exchange of goods and services, you are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all your actions related to the use of Sporahub.com, regardless of the purpose of the use.
In addition, you must adhere to the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Violation of this AUP constitutes a violation of Sporahub’s User Agreement.The following activities are prohibited:
The following products/services are considered restricted items on Sporahub.com and violation of such can result in banning of vendors from using the online platform.
Sporahub reserves the right to monitor/investigate any product and your use of the Services at any time for compliance with this AUP. We may, at any time and without notice, remove any product/service, and suspend/terminate your Account or your access to the Services if you engage in activities that violate the letter or spirit of this AUP.
Sporahub may modify this AUP, including the list of Restricted Items at any time. By continuing to use the Sporahub.com after a revised version of the AUP has been posted, you agree to comply with the latest version of the AUP.

- Existing Binding Rules: You may not violate any existing law, regulation, ordinance or statute.
- Restricted Items: You may not offer goods or services that are or appear to be restricted items.
- Child Exploitation: You may not offer goods or services that exploit or abuse children, including but not limited to images or depictions of child abuse or sexual abuse, or that present children in a sexual manner.
- Sensitive Goods: These include but are not limited to baby equipment, toys, alcohol, tobacco, health and beauty products, intimate products, beverages etc. Vendors must add the following to the description of these products: storage conditions, minimum user age, usage directions, main ingredients/materials, origin of product and registration with origin regulatory authorities
- Fake Products: You will be charged a fine once Sporahub detects you have listed an unauthorized replica/fake product. Multiple occurrences of this nature may result in the delisting/barring of vendors from the platform.

Medical Items or Services | All items classified as medical devices, and all services or treatments provided by a person or organization holding itself out as a provider of health-care services, including, but not limited to, all health-care services for which government licensure is required in the provider’s jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where services are being provided. |
