Acceptable Use Policy
Sporahub is an e-commerce platform facilitating the global sale of products by merchants and vendors. While we promote open interaction and trade, you are solely responsible for ensuring all your actions on Sporahub.com comply with all applicable laws and regulations, regardless of your purpose.
Your use of Sporahub.com is also governed by this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Violating this AUP is a violation of Sporahub’s User Agreement.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities and product/service offerings are strictly prohibited:
- Violation of Existing Laws: You must not violate any current law, regulation, ordinance, or statute.
- Restricted Items: Offering goods or services that are, or appear to be, Restricted Items is not permitted. (See the list below for specific examples.)
- Child Exploitation: Offering goods or services that exploit or abuse children, including (but not limited to) images or depictions of child abuse, sexual abuse, or material that presents children in a sexual manner.
- Fake/Unauthorized Products: Listing an unauthorized replica or fake product will result in a fine. Repeated occurrences may lead to the vendor being delisted or barred from the platform.
Restricted Items (Prohibited):
Violation regarding these items can result in a vendor being banned from the platform.

| Alcohol | Selling alcoholic beverages. |
| Mature Audience Content/Toys | Any adult content delivered digitally, including video-on-demand (VOD) and web-cam activities. |
| Tobacco | Non-cigarette tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and cigars. |
Products Requiring Specific Information and/or Prior Approval:
Vendors must adhere to specific requirements for certain categories of products.

| Sensitive Goods | For products including (but not limited to) baby equipment, toys, alcohol, tobacco, health and beauty products, intimate products, and beverages, vendors must include the following details in the product description: storage conditions, minimum user age, usage directions, main ingredients/materials, product origin, and registration with origin regulatory authorities. |
| Items Requiring Clearance/Approval | Vendors must apply for clearance or approval before listing the following products or services: |
| High Value Items | Jewels, precious metals, and precious stones. |
| Prescription Items | The sale of any product(s) requiring a prescription or prescription dispensing services. |
| Medical Items or Services | All items classified as medical devices, and all services or treatments provided by a person or organization claiming to be a health-care services provider. This includes, but is not limited to, all health-care services for which government licensure is required in the provider’s jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where services are being provided. |
Monitoring and Enforcement:
Sporahub reserves the right to monitor and investigate any product and your use of the Services at any time to ensure compliance with this AUP. We may, without notice, remove any product/service, and suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Services if you engage in activities that violate the letter or spirit of this AUP.
AUP Modifications:
Sporahub may update this AUP, including the list of Restricted Items, at any time. By continuing to use Sporahub.com after a revised AUP has been posted, you agree to comply with the latest version.
